RESULTS HIIT Training (28 HIIT classes per week, most in the South Bay!)

Yoga for Athletes

Tuesday: 8PM

Wednesday: 9AM

Saturday: 8AM

SPARQ Training Camp (SPARQ = Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness)

Sunday: 10AM (Peck Park on the Summerland Side)
