Training Programs at Results

Programs at Results are designed around long-term development — not short-term plans or seasonal training cycles. Rather than choosing from a list of preset programs, clients are placed into a training pathway based on age, experience, movement ability, and goals.

Our programs support youth, athletes, and adults at all stages. Training is designed to be year-round, with structure and emphasis adjusting over time as needs change. Whether the focus is foundational movement, athletic performance, strength development, or long-term health, programs evolve to support consistent progress — not stop-and-start training.

Youth & Athlete Training

Youth & Athlete Training at Results is designed to support long-term physical development for kids and athletes at all stages. This includes youth who are new to training, athletes participating in recreational sports, and those competing at higher levels.

Rather than training only during a sport season, athletes at Results train year-round. The structure and focus of training adapts based on the time of year, but development never stops.

  • Off-season training focuses on building strength, improving movement quality, and developing physical capacity.
  • In-season training shifts toward maintaining strength, managing training load, supporting recovery, and reducing injury risk.

This approach helps athletes stay prepared, resilient, and consistent throughout the year — instead of cycling through periods of training and detraining.

Mobility and flexibility are trained intentionally as part of this year-round approach. Structured group sessions focused on movement quality and arm care support readiness, durability, and efficient movement across both in-season and off-season phases.

This pathway commonly includes:

Adult Training — Results 2.0

Results 2.0 is designed for adults who want to stay strong, capable, and active over the long term. This pathway supports individuals at different stages of life — from former athletes returning to structured training to adults focused on maintaining health, mobility, and independence.

Training emphasizes building strength, improving movement quality, and supporting joint health. Programs are designed to evolve as needs change, allowing adults to train consistently while reducing physical limitations and discomfort.
