How Training Works at Results
Results Sports & Fitness delivers fully guided, personalized programming led by experienced trainers. Every session follows an intentional plan designed to support individual goals.
Clients train in a shared environment, but programs are individualized. Individuals of different ages and goals may train alongside one another, each following a plan designed specifically for them. This structure allows for personalized attention, progression, and accountability in every session.
Our approach is purposeful and structured, supporting long-term strength, performance, and overall health.
Sessions are delivered through a range of structured formats — including individual, small-group, group-based, and team environments — each designed to support specific goals within a guided setting..
Structure
At Results, training is organized into structured formats based on how much individual attention and group interaction best supports each client’s goals. These formats outline how trainers work with clients during sessions — while programming remains individualized throughout.
Private Training
Private Training provides one-on-one sessions with a trainer for individuals who want fully individualized attention during every workout. Sessions are designed around the client’s goals, movement needs, and training experience, with the trainer focused on one person for the entirety of the session.
This format is ideal for those who prefer a private setting, need additional support with movement or confidence, or want a highly focused training experience.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private Training is the foundation of training at Results and where the majority of our clients train.
In this format, one trainer works with a small number of clients during a session. While training takes place in a shared environment, each individual follows a personalized program based on their age, experience, goals, and current phase of training.
It is common for different people to train side by side — such as an adult and an athlete — while completing entirely different workouts. Trainers divide their attention intentionally, ensuring each client receives guidance, correction, and progression throughout the session.
Group Training
Group Training at Results consists of trainer-led, purpose-driven sessions designed to develop specific physical qualities within a structured group environment. Unlike traditional group classes, each session follows an intentional format aligned with performance, movement, or long-term development goals.
Group Training is used to support different areas of athletic development — from speed and agility to mobility and flexibility — while maintaining the same coaching standards, guidance, and programming philosophy found throughout Results.

Sessions emphasize movement mechanics, coordination, and athletic performance through structured drills and progressions. SPARQ Training is designed for athletes of all ages and experience levels and supports on-field performance across a variety of sports.
Total Body Flexibility
Total Body Flexibility is a structured group training session focused on improving mobility, flexibility, and movement quality. This session emphasizes active, guided movement, helping athletes move through controlled positions rather than assisted stretching.
Designed as its own workout, Total Body Flexibility supports better preparation for training and performance while reinforcing proper movement patterns.
The session includes full-body mobility work and a dedicated Arm Care component for overhead and throwing athletes, using bodyweight movements, resistance bands, and PVC sticks.
Team Training Options
Results offers structured Team Training options for athletic teams looking to train together in a guided, professional environment.
Team training can support programs that do not have access to dedicated training facilities, as well as teams seeking supplemental strength, performance, mobility, or preparation sessions alongside existing training schedules.
All team sessions are led by Results trainers and follow the same education-first standards used throughout the facility. Programming is adjusted based on the sport, season, and goals of the team.
